Satay Kajang (Hj Samuri)

We tried this FAMOUS satay for supper. Wondering how does it taste. So we went to the branch, located at Bukit Tinggi. Packed with peoples. Very lucky to get a seat at the back of the shop.

I personally think this satay is worth if comparing the size with the price we paid. But the sad thing is, the taste is not really nice, especially the kuah kacang. The kuah kacang taste SWEET and the meat not really tender and juicy.

I would dare to bet, it can't even to compete with satay ceko. For your info, satay ceko is very famous in Kuching, Sarawak.

  1. Yup! The satay is worth it if you value it by the size. But It is not the tastiest Satay ever. Size means nothing if it is not tasty.

I have tried Hj. Samuri satay , one thing tasty is the peanut sauce. The Satay? Nothing special to me.

Try pasar malam Satay, Dont be surprise if you like it more than the FAMOUS one....
