Satay Kajang (Hj Samuri)

We tried this FAMOUS satay for supper. Wondering how does it taste. So we went to the branch, located at Bukit Tinggi. Packed with peoples. Very lucky to get a seat at the back of the shop.

I personally think this satay is worth if comparing the size with the price we paid. But the sad thing is, the taste is not really nice, especially the kuah kacang. The kuah kacang taste SWEET and the meat not really tender and juicy.

I would dare to bet, it can't even to compete with satay ceko. For your info, satay ceko is very famous in Kuching, Sarawak.

Old Town White Coffee

Headed to Old Town White Coffee for dinner in Klang Parade.

Saw their promotions on the Hainanese Chicken Chop Rice. I gave a shot on it. The gravy for the chicken chop is very yummy. Its taste like mixture of mushroom, Black pepper and some other spices which I cannot identified. Its worth to try out.

My wife ordered the Old town nasi lemak special. Look normal but once you tried it, then you know what makes it special. The sambal is different from normal nasi lemak sambal. Its really tasty.

Igentis, Klang Parade

Driving down to Klang Parade, located at Jalan Meru. Such a nice weather after been raining last few days. As usual, every weekends, Klang Parade was packed with peoples. Peoples from all sort of lifes spending their weekend here. Some goes to the Bowling alley. And some goes to the computer shops as here you can get a better bargains for computers, phones and other gadgets such as PSP, PS3, etc.

After spending few hours here, its MAKAN TIME..This week, our choices for lunch is IGENTIS. The Shop located at Ground Floor of the shopping complex.

The shop has a very unique design. They using a Mural consists of a father, Mother and Kids as their business concept. Look kinda fancy yet attractive.

Igentis have a varieties of menu in their shops. From western style up to Chinese cuisine. Me and my wife have choose something different from what we usually had (COCA - COLA). My wife ordered Coconut Paradise and myself ordered Mint Green Tea Shake with Pearl. Each drinks cost about RM3.50 plus RM0.60 for the extra PEARL. The Coconut Paradise taste very creamy and smell smooth as Vanilla. For the Mint Green Tea, its MUCHO MUCHO...The Pearl texture is very soft. Its different from the 1 that I had in Kuching which is a bit sticky.

We ordered Tom Yam Chicken Rice and Stewed Salted Fish Chicken Rice. The tom yam taste very nice. Spicy enough, sour enough, everything is enough..heheeh..the portion is enough for two persons to share though its an individual set.

Whereas for the stewed salted chicken rice, it comes in a bowl with the rice topping with the Mixture of chicken meat and salted fish. They added some ginger in this recipe. Its created a very nice aroma...

Overall, this is a place should not be missed if you drop by at Klang Parade. Thumbs up for Igentis.

Disney Princesses in Action

Walking around in Jusco at Bukit Tinggi yesterday, me and my wife was attracted by the fashion show at the stage. Kids are wearing the Disney princess costumes. They are so cute and charming...

They are so cute....especially the first one from the right with the yellow dress, she really look like Beauty in the Beauty and the Beast cartoon :D

Jalan jalan Cari Makan

Today, me and my wife meet up with 1 of our X-colleague and best frens. She driving all the way from KL to my place.The feeling so great cos haven't meet her up for quite some times...we have planned earlier on to explore the special foods at my places.

1st destination: DRIED BAK KUT TEH-located at Jln Pekan Baru off Jln Meru, Klang

The dry bak kut teh is really delicious. It taste awesome with the Cili Api in it..the Pictures tells a thousand words...

2nd Destination: Cendol Klang - No. 78, Jalan Nenas, Klang

This cendol was started at 1972 with tri-cycle business concept. Then they open up this shop in year 2000.

The cendol biasa and cendol pulut really Delicious..The smell of cendol mixed with the Coconut milk really make the cendol is the best we ever had..

The rojak is super delicious. The gravy really taste special. You can have the rojak by pouring the gravy on top of it or by dipping it into the gravy. The rojak is slightly like the Indian Rojak.

3rd Destination: Bak Kut Teh Mo Sang Kor, Pandamaran

Initialy we wanted to try this bak kut teh this morning. But when we arrive there, its already sold out. Hence we decide to come back in the evening. Yes, we make it. The shop open at 5pm. They will serve the Bak kut teh from 5pm onwards. If you come early, you need to wait for it. Just FYI, this shop was picked as the bak kut teh in Astro channel. They recommended that this shop is yummy yummy....

This is how does its look like..we ordered the mix meats including the pig's intestine. The meat really tender and juicy. The meat was fresh and cooked very well and it goes well with the Hot Tea.

This is really COOL. They even have PESTA BAK KUT TEH KLANG. Yes, i repeat, PESTA BAK KUT TEH KLANG. It was held in the months of November. How we wish we was there to take part in this Pesta....

Today journey is really fun and exciting. And the most important part, we really enjoy the foods very much...Though not many varieties we tried, but I promised to get more information on HO CIAK foods in Klang for you guys....

Santa Claus is coming to KLANG

Its December..its a Christmas Time....Every body looking forward to this Joyous season...Shopping mall are putting up their Christmas tree deco all over the places.

Went to AEON Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre in Bandar Bukit Tinggi. It has the largest JUSCO store in Southeast Asia. Christmas tree and the deco's was bling bling here and bling bling there.Christmas song was on air with the famous JINGLE BELL, JINGLE BELL and can see clearly SALES up to 70% all over the places..Malaysian are rushing for shopping here.....The atmosphere is totally different if compared to what we have in Kuching..The tenants created the Seasons Environment..Its make the celebration become more happening and merrier.

PROSPERITY BURGER ON STREET

Been waiting for this Burger ever since the CNY..now they come out with it again...but this year, they r too much i guess..by introducing DOUBLE PROSPERITY...huhuhuhu.....also the delicious twister fries....My wife had Big N Tasty Burger....it goes well with the Orange Mcflury.....
